Deep Relaxation With Yin Yoga – Stretch, Release, & Replenish!
Sealevel Hot Yoga offers Yin Yoga, which combines mindfulness with improved flexibility. This gentle yoga practice focuses on long-hold, passive poses that work the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and spine. Hold each position for up to five minutes—or even longer—to release tension in the connective tissues and increase energy flow. Improve your prana flow through our guided yin yoga sessions.
Unlike more active yoga techniques, Yin Yoga helps release muscle tension, resulting in a deep sense of relief and improved physical and mental balance. Feel the deep muscular stretch in Yin Yoga poses and energize your body.
The Yoga Essentials: Gear Up, Hydrate, & Flow With Sealevel Hot Yoga
Prepare for your Sealevel Hot Yoga practice to support your comfort, hydration, and positive thoughts. The room is hot, so dress light—moisture-wicking materials like shorts and tanks for women or lined shorts for men.
Don’t forget your essentials: a yoga mat, a thick towel to absorb the sweat, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. You can find gear at the studio too (just in case you forgot to bring yours).
Before the session, make sure to stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals. A light snack 1-2 hours before class will help you feel light and energized.
